Centre for Study of Democracy and Culture (CSDC) project on Constituent assembly debates
The Indian Constitution, a product of the tireless efforts of visionary Indian statesmen, embodies their dreams, ideals, and far-sightedness. The Constituent Assembly Debates remain a historic document of immense relevance—not only for understanding our past but also for shaping our present and guiding future generations.
The Centre for Study of Democracy and Culture (CSDC) is engaged in multiple dimensions of this effort: from reinterpreting constitutional values through an indigenous lens to organizing academic discussions and community outreach programs that reconnect people with India’s rich intellectual traditions.
